Hypnosis For Weight Loss: A Class For Fundraising

What do most of the people on your mailing lists have in common?

Probably many things!  Let’s name just two:

  • They love your organization; and
  • They are probably overweight (65% of Americans are either overweight or obese).

What if we could help provide a solution to one AND allow your supporters to help you at the same time?

What if we could do these at no upfront–or anywhere else–cost to your organization?

And what if you enjoyed a boost to your coffers of several thousand dollars?  (Although we can’t promise any amount of money, we’ll show you how this is possible in just a few hours with minimal effort on your part).

Would you be interested in spending a few moments exploring these possibilities?

To be successful in fundraising for nonprofits, first we must offer a quality product at a reasonable price.  Hypnosis for weight loss is a journey toward a healthier and happier life. It encompasses not only physical health but also mental and emotional well-being. For those passionate about promoting healthy living, organizing a fundraiser can be a fulfilling and impactful way to support this cause. Let’s explore the concept of fundraising with a class in hypnosis for weight loss.

Why the Living Lite Hypnosis for Weight Loss is successful in helping people change their relationship with food:

We promote and provide support for your donors:

  1. Intuitive Eating: This approach encourages listening to your body’s hunger and fullness cues, rather than following strict diets or meal plans. It promotes a more balanced and sustainable relationship with food.
  2. Mindful Eating: Mindfulness practices, such as paying full attention to the eating experience and savoring each bite, can help people make healthier food choices and avoid overeating.
  3. Intermittent Fasting: This eating pattern involves cycling between periods of eating and fasting. It has gained popularity for its potential benefits in weight management and overall health. We will explore whether this is a good fit for your individual attendees.
  4. Functional Fitness: Rather than just exercising for weight loss, more people are adopting functional fitness routines that focus on building strength, flexibility, and mobility to improve overall well-being.  We show your attendees where to find the time and motivation to simply move their bodies more as well.
  5. Behavioral Change: Successful weight management often requires addressing the underlying behaviors and habits that contribute to weight gain. Terms like “behavioral modification” and “habit change” are frequently used in this context.  Hypnosis, which is offered at least 4 times during the class, is very helpful in creating behavior changes.
  6. Sustainable Weight Management: Instead of aiming for rapid weight loss, many individuals prioritize gradual and sustainable weight management, which is more likely to lead to long-term success.
  7. Body Positivity: This movement promotes self-acceptance and a positive body image, encouraging people to love and appreciate their bodies at any size while still pursuing healthy habits.
  8. Holistic Wellness: Weight loss is often viewed within the context of overall wellness, emphasizing the importance of mental, emotional, and physical health as interconnected aspects of a person’s well-being.

Why Hypnosis for Weight Loss classes as a fundraiser for your cause?

People occasionally ask why a Hypnosis Weight Loss Class as a fundraiser for  their cause.  They don’t seem to have anything in common.  Here is the answer to that question:

Living Lite is a very successful, national company.  It has been extant since 1987 and enjoys a well-respected reputation.  Donors appreciate receiving something from their donations–just see the ads on television offering t-shirts and blankets for monthly donations, which often add up to much more than you are asking for here.  And we deliver so much more.  Like these benefits:

  1. Promoting Healthier Lifestyles: Obesity and related health issues are on the rise, leading to a significant global health concern.
  2. Community Engagement: Fundraising events bring people together, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose. Your class can unite around a common goal, building stronger relationships and support networks.
  3. Financial Support: The funds raised can be used to at your discretion.  You know where your needs are.  We just get you the money to support them.

Benefits to having this Class as a Fundraiser?

  1. There are no upfront (or anywhere else!) costs to your organization. All you do is send out a prewritten email to your email list (which you will edit/approve), post the event to your social media and place promotional posters, which will be provided, to various community outlets. At no time will Living Lite have access to your donor database.  By the way, Katie also posts your event on her many social media platforms, including sending it out to her mailing list of 5,000.
  2. Secure a location to hold the class. This class typically draws between 20-60 people and may be held at your facility.
  3. Determine the price point for the 3-hour class. If the average donation to your cause is typically significant, the price point may be $197 and more. That means if we sell 30 tickets X $200 (rounding) = $6,000.00 – 50% = $3,000.00 to you, before your share of the back of room sales.
  4. Your organization and Living Lite will share the net receipts equally.  All payment records and documentation will be provided to the other.
  5. Your organization will also receive 20% of the products sold to support what is learned during the class. If possible your organization will provide at least 2 volunteers to help with marketing before the class and product sales at the intermission and after the class. If Living Lite hires an assistant to help with those sales, Living Lite will assume all responsibility for their compensation.

Teaching this class to your donors allows you to give back to them while raising more money for your cause.
